TIPS
Unfortunately Android Phones and Tablets are known for Bluetooth & WiFi interference (they share the same antenna). This can cause the app not work properly.
Check out our FAQ page for more information.
- Try turning off Wi-Fi while keeping Bluetooth on.
- Try force closeing our app - http://www.tomsguide.com/us/close-android-apps,news-21281.html
- Restart your phone.
- After the phone restarts go through Plan A again. If plan A doesn't work, try plan B. If plan B doesn't work a second time it could mean that either your Fitbit's battery is dead or your Fitbit is more than 100 feet away from you.
